  • We’re looking for a Superintendent who thrives in the commercial environment — someone who understands the pace, the coordination, and the precision required to run a successful job site.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead all onsite operations for commercial projects ranging from $1M–$2M+
    • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and daily workflow
    • Maintain tight schedules and ensure milestones are hit without compromising quality
    • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, professional job site
    • Communicate clearly and work well with project managers, owners, and inspectors
    • Solve problems quickly and keep the project moving forward
    • Produce accurate daily reports and documentation

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of commercial superintendent experience (ground up, TI, or both)
    • Strong understanding of commercial building systems, codes, and sequencing
    • Proven ability to manage multiple trades on fast paced sites
    • Experience with commercial inspections, permitting, and closeout processes
    • Ability to read and interpret commercial plans and specifications
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with digital reporting and project management tools
    • Skilled trades background or hands on construction experience is a plus
    • OSHA 30

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple moving parts

    • Handle a variety of hands-on tasks including repairs, punch work, basic carpentry, light demo, and general labor

    • Assist with site organization, material movement, and cleanup

    • Complete work with attention to detail, quality, and professionalism

    • Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly

    • Work independently when needed and take direction well as part of a team

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of hands-on construction, maintenance, or craftsman experience

    • Strong basic knowledge of carpentry, repairs, tools, and job site practices

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and solve problems on the job

    • Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

    • Comfortable in physically demanding work environments

    • Ability to communicate clearly and represent the company professionally

    • Experience in multiple trades is a plus

    • Forklift, equipment, or job site safety certifications are a plus
