Industrial operations managers count on us to install complicated equipment in heavily used work environments. Our installations minimize shut down times, protect adjacent equipment, and are built to withstand rough usage.

• Solar Hot Water System, Tucson Veterans Administration, Palmer Engineering: We modified the domestic hot water system of this large long-term care facility with solar pre-heating. The solar tubes work year round to save heating energy and costs.  
• Ice Storage System, Tucson Veterans Administration, Palmer Engineering: Two 10,000 gallon ice storage tanks and a special chiller allow the VA to cool a large laboratory building all day every day of the year with ice made the previous night with less expensive off-peak electricity.  
• Formulations Manufacturing Area, Ventana Medical Systems, Inc., Advantech Facility Design, Inc.: Ventana Medical Systems needed increased production capacity to keep up with demand for its cancer detecting formula. We installed gas piping, de-ionized water equipment, product storage tanks, a raised mezzanine, a large walk-in cooler, and spill containment barriers. 
• Cooling System Upgrades, Tucson Water Hayden Udall Treatment Plant, Al Nichols Engineering: We replaced two cooling towers with more efficient ones, re-piped the system, and accommodated a new energy management system.
• Replace Cooling Tower, El Pueblo Neighborhood Center: We replaced a large cooling tower without disruption of this busy facility.
• Sports Car Garage and Showroom, IA Performance, American Design Consultants: This tenant improvement accommodates a specialty auto shop and creates a new showroom for automotive accessories.
